Neumann KH810 II AES67

The KH 810 II AES67 shares the acoustic design and performance of the KH 805 II while adding advanced multichannel bass management. Supporting formats up to 7.1.4, it is the perfect complement to mid-sized KH Line monitors such as the KH 150 and KH 310, as well as an ideal upgrade path for expanding stereo systems into surround or immersive setups.

The AES67 version adds full AoIP compatibility without compromising acoustic performance. Twelve AES67 input channels can be reproduced by the subwoofer itself and routed to up to 11 additional monitors via analog or AES3 (BNC) outputs, integrating your entire monitoring system into a networked infrastructure. Dual redundant AES67 network ports ensure reliability and are fully compliant with broadcast standards including ST 2110, ST 2022-7 redundancy, and RAVENNA. The system is also compatible with DANTE-generated AES67 streams, making it a flexible choice for a wide range of professional workflows.

Like all new-generation Neumann subwoofers, the KH 810 II AES67 features a powerful DSP engine for seamless system alignment and integration. It is compatible with the optional MA 1 Automatic Monitor Alignment system, enabling precision room correction, even for analog KH Line loudspeakers. This ensures consistent and accurate monitoring across any setup.

A front-firing 10″ driver reproduces frequencies down to 16 Hz, relieving your main loudspeakers from handling extreme lows and reducing distortion at higher playback levels. Magnetic shielding ensures safe use near video monitors and other sensitive electronics.

The rigid wooden cabinet with a robust painted finish and high-density rubber isolation feet provides excellent damping against resonance. Dual front-panel bass ports extend low-frequency response while minimizing compression and turbulence, allowing placement near walls or flush-mounting without loss of performance.

The integrated Bass Manager supports audio from mono up to 7.1.4 immersive formats, with flexible routing and independent control of front and rear channels. This ensures seamless integration with Neumann KH monitors and networked audio setups.

An integrated 8-channel system volume control and RS-232 remote port allow for optional centralized hardware control and convenient installation. Electronics can be remotely powered on via 0 or 12V triggers, streamlining studio integration.

The KH 810 II AES67 provides 0 and +10 dB LFE gain, along with four LFE processing modes for complete compatibility across industry standards and workflows.

Onboard controls include output level, low cut, parametric EQ, and a 45° step phase adjustment with built-in test signals, allowing precise tuning to the room and integration with full-range monitors.

The internal low-heat amplifier delivers a peak output of 200W. An integrated electronic limiter protects the amplifier and driver, ensuring reliability under demanding production conditions.
