Classic 4-Channel Analog Drum Synthesizer
Add drum sounds from the late ’70s to your studio or live setup with the Behringer BDS-3, an authentic reproduction of original Simmons SDS-3 circuitry in a desktop format. The instrument allows creators to trigger synth textures from any audio signal, transforming a simple miked drum into a powerful and expressive percussion instrument.
The BDS-3 has all the same quirks and characteristics that so many musicians loved with the original release, but Behringer naturally updated some features to make it compatible with lots of various modern setups. The BDS-3 can be removed from its desktop enclosure and will fit into and can be powered by any standard Eurorack case. Another notable feature includes MIDI (5-pin DIN and USB), allowing you to trigger each drum synth from your DAW or hardware sequencer.
