The POWERPLAY P16 system is the easy, affordable way to give live or recording musicians/vocalists what they really want – “more me!” When used in conjunction with your X32 Digital Mixing Console, P16-I Input Module or S16 Digital Snake, the P16-D distributor can provide 8 additional ULTRANET RJ-45 outputs, giving you the power to expand your existing P16-M system (up to 48 stations). In addition to sending 16 channels of digital audio to the P16-M mixers, the P16-D also supplies operating power, totally eliminating the need for power adapters – and creating a much more streamlined stage or studio environment.

Fast and easy to set up, a basic system can be installed and configured in a matter of minutes – and the system can be expanded to adapt to changing needs. Easy Installation
A basic installation consists of one P16-I Input Module, which connects to the main mixing console and up to six P16-M Personal Mixers, creating a system big enough to equip a typical recording studio, a small to medium-sized band or a worship team. And if you need to go bigger, that’s where the P16-D comes in. The system can easily be expanded via the P16-D Digital ULTRANET Distributor, six of which can be combined to drive up to forty-eight P16-M Personal Mixers.

If you’re already an X32 user, the P16-D connects right to your native ULTRANET output to provide distribution and power to up to 6 individual P16-Ms. But even without an X32 in the mix, the P16-D can augment your P16-I’s output section – and all you’ll need is a standard Cat 5e cable. The P16-D even includes status LED indicators for RJ-45 input and 8 RJ-45 outputs and an internal auto-ranging power supply for maximum flexibility around the globe (100 – 240 V~), noise-free audio, superior transient response and low power consumption.
