Wireless Freedom X2

The CR288x dual-channel wireless receiver allows for fast and easy setup and its half-rack design takes up minimal space in your rig. Getting up and running is a piece of cake with one-touch scan selects the clearest frequency in your performance space and IR sync wirelessly pairs the transmitter and receiver. The true RF diversity design provides 300′ of wireless reception, while tone key and auto mute technologies prevent undesired noise and interference when the transmitter is off or out of range.

The receiver’s rear panel features two balanced XLR outputs for routing signals into independent mixer channels, additionally a 1/4” unbalanced mix output combines both signals to a single jack for a direct connection to a mixer or PA speaker.

Premium Vocal Microphones

The Concert 288x Handheld features two CH88 Handheld Transmitters equipped with Q8x dynamic microphone capsules. The Q8x frequency response is tailored for vocals and speech, and the supercardioid pickup pattern provides maximum gain before feedback with excellent off-axis rejection. These handheld mics bring maximum versatility to any dual-user application and can operate for up to eight hours on two AA batteries.

Consumer Alert

Most users do not need a license to operate this wireless microphone system. Nevertheless, operating this microphone system without a license is subject to certain restrictions: the system may not cause harmful interference; it must operate at a low power level (not in excess of 50 milliwatts); and it has no protection from interference received from any other device. Purchasers should also be aware that the FCC is currently evaluating use of wireless microphone systems, and these rules are subject to change.
