With the SSL XLogic X-Rack E Series XR 425 EQ Module you can now incorporate the sound of the most famous SSL console in music history into your X-Rack. Not only does the X-Rack E Series EQ give you the sonic flavour of this legendary mixing desk, the SSL 4000 E, but as the original desk evolved two different EQ response curves came about – known as the ‘black’ and the ‘brown’, they were named after the LF knobs used – and you get both of them in this unit!

Though producers and engineers raved about the 4000E console for years, you’d have a job getting one into your project studio – but now you can join them with this portable, modular and eminently usable unit. Giving you two bands of switchable EQ at high and low, and two bands of fully parametric EQ in the mids, this SSL EQ Module will soon become an indispensable addition to your X-Rack or Mynx chassis.

The SSL SuperAnalogue circuitry is as clean and transparent as you would expect and effortlessly recreates the sound of the 611E channel strip EQ and of course, using the X-Rack you have the invaluable extra of Total Recall storage.
