Tap into your inner funk and vintage rock demon with the Warm Audio Jet Phase, a pedal that recreates a vintage pedal made popular by Larry Graham (Sly and the Family Stone) in the 1970s. Suitable for guitar, keys, bass, and the limits of your imagination, this stompbox provides four JET modes and two PHASE modes.
The phase modes supply traditional phasing effects, with the first giving you subler tones and the latter offering more exaggerated phasing. The four JET modes engage the fuzz circuit of this pedal, allowing you to add more noise, dirt, and grime to the phaser. These modes add varying combinations of dark and bright sounding fuzz, as well as subtle or deep phasing. Combine them to create truly interesting sounds, and use the pedal’s JET Level knob to control the output, giving yourself a little level boost if need be for solos.
Using the Resonance knob, you up the resonant filter into a sound, which creates more extreme tonal shifts. Control the modulation with the Slow Rate knob, and the hit the fast/slow footswitch to kick up the rate to max speed. This mimics the exciting shifts of a hammond organ’s rotary speaker, and can be used to create and release tension.
The pedal offers true bypass circuitry, which preserves your exact signal when the stompbox is not in use. Running at 18V, the pedal offers high headroom and pristine sonic quality. Power it from two 9V batteries, or make use of the included 18V power adapter.
